Studio booking terms and conditions

Booking

  • - When booking a studio session, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total booking cost to confirm your booking. However, if you fail to notify us of a cancellation of your session before it is paid 48 hours before your booking is due to begin, you will still be required to pay this deposit amount.

  • - Failure to turn up for your session without notifying the studios at least 3 hours in advance prior to your session, will still result in you being liable to pay the remaining 50% of your deposit.

  • - The remaining 50% will be taken following your session automatically via our payment system ‘stripe’.

During your session

  • - The lead booker responsible for the behaviour and actions of all members of the party whilst they are in our studios. We ask that all artists, guests and other members are respectful of the equipment, surroundings, and keep within the studio areas in the building.

  • - Anybody found to be mis-using, or disrespectfully using any of the studio equipment could be asked to leave the premises immediately, and DEPØ STUDIO GROUP LTD holds the right to charge the lead booker any costs incurred for damage via misuse of equipment due to carelessness or intoxication.

Cancellation policy

  • Once booked, DJ Rehearsals and lessons are non-refundable.

However, if you cannot make your session and you notify us within 24 hours of your rehearsals starting time, we will add the credit to the value of the rehearsal to your account, to be redeemed at a later date.

Damage and House rules.

As the lead booker, you are solely responsible for the behaviour and actions of anyone that comes in to the building with you.

Maximum 6 people per room (Including Lead booker)

If any equipment is found to have been damaged, soiled or stolen upon room inspection following your rehearsal, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the card which you provide on file.

Should this payment fail, further legal action may be taken to recoup this required amount.

This includes damage caused by spilled drinks, and general lack of care / neglect of the equipment.
